Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Credit/Finance Roles: Generally require Graduation plus a 2-year full-time MBA (Finance), MMS (Finance), or CA/ICWA/CFA. Experience ranges from 2 to 4 years in post-qualification credit processing.
- IT Roles: Require a 4-year Engineering degree in CS/IT/Electronics or a Post Graduate degree in relevant fields. Minimum 3 years of IT experience is typically required.
- Security Roles: Must be a Graduate and have served as a Junior Commissioned Officer (5 years) in the Armed Forces or an Inspector in Police/Paramilitary Forces.
2. Age Limit (General/EWS)
- Scale I: 22/30 to 32/45 years (varies by post)
- Scale II: 23/24/25 to 31/33/34/35 years (varies by post)
- Scale III: 25/26/27 to 35/36/37 years (varies by post)
Salary and Emoluments
Selected candidates will receive DA, CCA, HRA, Medical Aid, and other perquisites as per Bank rules.
- Scale I: ₹48,480 — ₹85,920
- Scale II: ₹64,820 — ₹93,960
- Scale III: ₹85,920 — ₹1,05,280
Selection Process
The mode of selection will be decided based on the number of applications received. It will either be:
- Shortlisting followed by an Interview (100% weightage to interview).
- Online Written Test followed by an Interview (80:20 weightage ratio).

- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹175/- (Intimation charges only)
- All others: ₹1000/- (Inclusive of GST)
