Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen.
- Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Assam (PRC or Employment Exchange Registration required as proof).
- Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Age Limit (as of 01-01-2026):
- Minimum: 21 years.
- Maximum: 38 years.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST (up to 43) and 3 years for OBC/MOBC (up to 41).
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in multiple stages:
- Written Examination: Consists of two papers:
- Paper I: General Ability and Intelligence (Objective Type) – 200 Marks.
- Paper II: General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension – 200 Marks.
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes 100m race, 800m race, and Long Jump.
- Medical Standards Test: Verification of vision, hearing, and general physical health.
- Interview/Personality Test: 50 Marks.
