Eligibility Criteria
Residency Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam. A valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate is required as proof of residency.
Educational Qualifications:
- Assistant Manager (Engineering disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, IT, Civil): Full-time B.E/B.Tech degree in the respective discipline from an AICTE-approved University/Institution. Minimum 60% marks required for general candidates, and 50% for SC/ST candidates.
- Assistant Manager (Human Resource): 2 years full-time MBA/PGDM Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations from an AICTE/UGC approved institution. Minimum 60% marks required for general candidates, and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
Age Limit (as of 01-01-2026):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 38 years
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 10 years for PwBD.
