2. Eligibility Criteria
- Age (as of 01.01.2026): 21 to 38 years.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST(P)/ST(H) (up to 43 years) and 3 years for OBC/MOBC (up to 41 years).
- Employment Registration: Candidates must be registered in a District Employment Office of Assam.
- Proof of Age: Only Matriculation/HSLC Admit Cards or Certificates will be accepted.
3. Required Educational Qualifications
Junior Administrative Assistant cum Program Assistant
- Essential: Graduate in Computer Science or related subject from a government-recognized institution.
- Marks Criteria: Minimum 50% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation.
- Bonus Marks: Up to 10 marks for MCA holders and up to 10 marks for relevant work experience (1 mark per year, minimum 1 year).
Junior Administrative Assistant cum Accounts Assistant
- Essential: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) from a government-recognized institution.
- Marks Criteria: Minimum 50% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation.
- Bonus Marks: 10 marks for CA Inter certificate holders and up to 10 marks for relevant work experience (1 mark per year, minimum 1 year).
4. Remuneration
- Fixed Monthly Pay: Rs 18,000.
- Increment: A 6% lump-sum enhancement if the contract is revised after 11 months.
5. Selection Process
- Stage I: Common Recruitment Test 2026 (CRT 2026).
- Stage II: Shortlisting based on CRT scores and academic/experience criteria.
- Stage III: Document Verification, Skill Test, and Computer/Tally Test.
