The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XV). Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for Group “A” – Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B” – Office Assistants (Multipurpose).

- Online Examination (Preliminary): November/December, 2026
- Online Examination (Main / Single): December, 2026 / February, 2027
Application Fee
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates (and ESM/DESM for Office Assistants): Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST)
- All Other Candidates: Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST)
- Note: Bank transaction charges for online payment will have to be borne by the candidate.
Age Limit (As on 01.09.2026)
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): Between 18 years and 28 years.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Above 18 years and below 30 years.
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): Above 21 years and below 32 years.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Above 21 years and below 40 years.
Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
- Persons With Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years
Educational Qualification (As on 21.09.2026)
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB is essential. Working knowledge of a computer is desirable.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Proficiency in the local language is required, and working knowledge of a computer is desirable. Preference will be given to candidates with degrees in specified fields such as Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Information Technology, Economics, or Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II & III: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in specific disciplines with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, along with relevant post-qualification work experience (1 to 5 years depending on the exact post and specialization).

For candidates looking for placements within Assam, proficiency in Assamese, Bengali, or Bodo is required for Assam Gramin Bank.

- Click on the link for “CRP for RRBs” and select the appropriate option to apply for either Officers or Office Assistants.
- Candidates can apply for the post of Office Assistants and also apply for one post in the Officer’s cadre (Scale-I, II, or III).
