The corporation is inviting online applications from promising, energetic, and young engineering and geology professionals to join the organization as Executive Trainees.

Vacancy & Salary Details
- Post Name: Executive Trainee (E-2 Grade)
- Scale of Pay: Rs. 50,000 – 3% – 1,60,000/- (IDA)
- Initial Compensation: A basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month plus DA, HRA, cafeteria allowances (35% of basic pay), and location-based allowance (10% of basic pay).
- Total CTC: The minimum monthly Cost to Company (CTC) will be around Rs. 1,000,000/- (Approx. One Lakh).

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (As on January 1, 2026)
- UR / EWS Candidates: Maximum 30 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: Maximum 33 years
- SC / ST Candidates: Maximum 35 years
- PwBD Candidates: Maximum 40 years
- Relaxations for Ex-Servicemen and J&K domiciles (1980-1989) apply as per Government of India guidelines.
2. Educational Qualifications & Technical Requisites
- ET (Electrical/Mechanical): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology / AMIE in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechanical & Automation Engineering. Minimum required marks are 65% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2026 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- ET (Civil): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology / AMIE in Civil Engineering. Minimum required marks are 65% (55% for SC candidates). Candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2026 in Civil Engineering.
- ET (Geology): Full-time M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Applied Geology with not less than 65% marks. Candidates must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2026 for Geology/Geophysics.
Note: Candidates who are still pursuing their courses or are awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Online applications will be scrutinized, and candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks secured in GATE 2026 for the respective engineering or geology disciplines.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a Personal Interview evaluating General Knowledge, Aptitude for the Job, Extra-Curricular activities, and Professional Specific Knowledge.
- Tie-Breaking: If more than one candidate secures identical marks, the candidate older in age will be placed higher in the merit list.
Service Agreement Bond
Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement and Surety Bond to serve the company for a minimum period of 4 years (including the 1-year training period):
- General / EWS / OBC (NCL) / PwBD Candidates: Rs. 2,50,000/-
- SC / ST Candidates: Rs. 1,25,000/-

- Conversion certificate of grades/CGPA to percentage (if percentage is not directly mentioned).
- Recent passport-size color photograph and signature (JPEG format, 20 KB to 100 KB).
