Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 years to 30 years of age as of 30.06.2026. This means candidates must have been born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification
- Generalists: A Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
- Hindi Officers: A Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject OR a Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject, with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Selection Process
The UIIC AO Recruitment consists of three distinct stages. Candidates must clear each stage to progress.
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination
An online qualifying test (100 Marks, 60 Minutes) containing three sections:
- English Language (30 marks)
- Reasoning Ability (35 marks)
- Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks)
Stage 2: Main Examination
- For Generalists: An Objective Test (250 marks, 150 mins) covering English, Reasoning, Quant, General Awareness (Financial Sector), and Computers. Followed by a Descriptive Test (30 marks, 30 mins) for Essay and Letter writing.
- For Hindi Officers: An Objective Test (200 marks, 120 mins) covering English, Reasoning, Professional Knowledge (Hindi/English), General Awareness, and Computers. Followed by a Descriptive Test (50 marks, 60 mins) for Essay, Letter writing, and Translation.
Stage 3: Personal Interview
Candidates who clear the Mains will be called for an interview. The final selection is based on consolidated performance.

2.Complete Online Registration:
Click on the “New Registration” link and provide your basic information to generate your login credentials.
3.Fill the Application Form:
Log in, open the online application form for “Administrative Officer 2026”, and fill in your academic, personal, and category details.
4.Upload Required Documents:
Upload your recent passport-sized photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration in the exact format specified.
5.Make the Payment:
Pay the respective application fee through the online payment gateway using UPI, Net Banking, or a Debit/Credit Card.
6.Submit and Print:
