2. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and a minimum 1-year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
Accounts Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a minimum 1-year Diploma in Computer Application (DCA).
Maximum: HSSLC (Class 12) passed. Candidates with higher qualifications (Graduation, etc.) are not eligible for this specific post.
Local Language: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
Age Limit (as on last date of application)
Minimum: 18 years.
Maximum: 40 years.
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 2 years for Ex-Servicemen, and 10 years for PWD.
Note: There is no upper age limit for regular employees of Bhattadev University.
3. Important Dates
Online Link Activation: March 25, 2026.
Last Date for Online Submission: April 15, 2026.
Last Date for Receipt of Hard Copy: April 22, 2026.
4. Application Fee
General/OBC: Rs. 1,000/-.
SC/ST: Rs. 500/-.
Payment Mode: Online via the portal gateway.
5. Selection Process
Shortlisting: May involve a written test for screening.
Final Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview and/or Computer Test (where applicable).
6. How to Apply
Online Application: Apply via the Samarth Portal link on the University website (www.bhattadevuniversity.ac.in) starting from March 25, 2026.
Hard Copy Submission: After online submission, send two sets of the application form and supporting documents to the address below:Office of the Registrar, Bhattadev University, Bajali, Pathsala-781325, Assam.
Envelope Instruction: The envelope must be superscribed with “Application for the Post of [Name of Post]”.
Enclosure: Ensure proof of online fee payment is attached to the hard copy.
