3. Salary & Benefits
- Pay Scale: Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100) as per 7th CPC.
- Allowances: Includes Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, House Rent Allowance, and other government-admissible benefits.
4. Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- HC (Electrician): 18 to 25 years.
- Other HC Posts: 18 to 27 years.
- Age relaxation applies for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and other categories as per rules.
Educational Qualifications
- HC (Communication): 12th pass in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) OR 3-year Diploma in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT.
- HC (Electrician): Matriculation plus 2 years of work experience in the trade OR 1-year ITI certificate with 1-year experience OR 2-year ITI Diploma.
- HC (Veterinary): 12th pass with Science and Biology plus a 2-year Diploma in Veterinary/Animal Husbandry.
- HC (Steward): 12th pass plus a 2-year Diploma in Catering and Kitchen Management and 1 year of experience.
5. Selection Process
The recruitment involves several stages:
- Stage I: PET & PST: Physical Efficiency Test (1.6 km race in 6:30 for males; 800m in 4:00 for females) and Physical Standard Test (Height/Chest).
- Stage II: Written Exam: 3-hour Computer Based Test (150 marks). Includes General Knowledge, Maths, Reasoning, Language, and Technical subjects.
- Stage III: Skill Test: Mandatory only for the HC (Electrician) post.
- Stage IV: Documentation & Medical: Document verification followed by Detailed Medical Examination (DME).
6. Application Fee
- UR / EWS / OBC: Rs. 100/-.
- SC / ST / Ex-SM / Female: Exempted (No Fee).
