Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As of 01.07.2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (e.g., SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years) as per government guidelines.
2. Educational Qualification (As of 09.08.2026)
- Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline from a University or Institution recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies.
- The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet or Degree Certificate indicating the result was declared on or before 09.08.2026.
3. Mandatory Work Experience (As of 09.08.2026)
- A minimum of one-year post-qualification work experience in the Clerical or Officer Cadre is required.
- This experience must be from a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Act, 1934.
4. Local Language Proficiency
- Candidates applying for the Assam vacancies must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Assamese or Bodo.
Selection Process
The recruitment process will be conducted in four phases:
- Online Written Test: Includes sections on Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. There will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
- Screening: Verification of online applications and submitted documents.
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): A qualifying test assessing language skills. Candidates who studied the specified local language in the 10th or 12th standard and provide valid documentary evidence are exempted from this test.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview carrying a maximum of 50 marks.
